  1. <P><B>Step 3 - robots.txt</B><HR></P>
  2. <P>This is where you validate the robots.txt file before sending it up to
  3.  your web server. Although you can edit this file and export those changes
  4.  to your local network, the file that is sent to the server is the one
  5.  Robot-Manager generates automatically for you.</P>

  7. <P><B>Uploading robots.txt</B>
  8. <BR>
  9. To upload robots.txt to your web server, select Tools|Upload robots.txt
  10.  from the main menu.</P>

  14. <B>1.</B> Although editing of this file is permitted in this step, those changes cannot
  15.  be uploaded to the web site. You must use File|Export|robots.txt from the
  16.  main menu to save those changes.

  18. <B>2.</B> If you edit this file, your changes will be lost as soon as you
  19.  move to another step. If you need to save your changes, export the file before
  20.  leaving this step.</P>
